Definitions
Client: any professional or legally competent natural person within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Site covered by these terms.
Content: all elements making up the information present on the Site, including text, images, and videos.
Client Information: hereinafter referred to as "Information," meaning all personal data that Edokko may hold for account management, client relationship management, and analytics purposes.
User: any internet user connecting to or using the above‑named site.
Personal Information: "information which allows, in any form whatsoever, whether directly or not, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies" (Article 4 of French Law No. 78‑17 of 6 January 1978, the Loi Informatique et Libertés).
The terms "personal data," "data subject," "processor," and "sensitive data" have the meaning defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
1. About the Site
Pursuant to Article 6 of French Law No. 2004‑575 of 21 June 2004 (the Loi pour la Confiance dans l'Économie Numérique, "LCEN"), users of the website edokko.design, owned by LE CORRE Jérémie, are informed of the identity of the parties involved in its creation and maintenance:

2. Terms of Use
The Site constitutes a creative work protected under the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international regulations. The Client may not, under any circumstances, reuse, assign, or exploit for their own benefit all or part of the Site's elements or works.
Use of the edokko.design website implies full and complete acceptance of the terms of use described below. These terms are subject to modification or addition at any time, and users of edokko.design are invited to consult them regularly.
This site is normally accessible to users at all times. edokko.design may nonetheless decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance, and will endeavor to inform users in advance of the dates and times of any such intervention. The edokko.design website is updated regularly by LE CORRE Jérémie.
Likewise, this legal notice may be modified at any time; it remains binding on the user, who is invited to refer to it as often as possible to stay informed.
3. Description of Services
The edokko.design website exists to present Edokko, the personal brand of LE CORRE Jérémie, and its products. LE CORRE Jérémie strives to provide information on edokko.design that is as accurate as possible.
However, he cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information, whether resulting from his own actions or from third‑party partners who provide such information.
All information provided on edokko.design is for guidance only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information appearing on edokko.design is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to any changes made since it was first published.
4. Technical Limitations
The website cannot be held liable for material damage related to its use. Furthermore, the user agrees to access the site using up‑to‑date equipment, free of viruses, and an up‑to‑date, latest‑generation browser.
5. Intellectual Property and Infringement
LE CORRE Jérémie owns the intellectual property rights to, or holds the rights of use over, all elements accessible on edokko.design, including text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sound, and software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Site's elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of LE CORRE Jérémie.
Any unauthorized use of the Site or any of the elements it contains will be considered an act of infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335‑2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
6. Limitation of Liability
LE CORRE Jérémie acts as the publisher of the Site. LE CORRE Jérémie is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the Content he publishes.
LE CORRE Jérémie cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage to the user's equipment when accessing edokko.design, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in Section 4, or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.
LE CORRE Jérémie likewise cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of edokko.design.
LE CORRE Jérémie reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted on the Site that would violate applicable French law, in particular provisions relating to data protection.
Where applicable, LE CORRE Jérémie also reserves the right to pursue the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, particularly in the event of racist, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic content, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).
7. Personal Data Management
The Client is informed of applicable regulations concerning marketing communications: French Law No. 2004‑575 of 21 June 2004 (the Loi pour la Confiance dans l'Économie Numérique, "LCEN"), the Loi Informatique et Libertés of 6 August 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
7.1 Data Collection Methods
- From your verbal or written input (for example, by consenting to receive marketing emails), or indirectly through third parties we work closely with (see "7.2 Information from Other Sources" below);
- Automatically, through the Site's audience measurement (see Section 9.2): aggregated browsing data, pages viewed, and events described in Section 9.2;
- In person, for example by meeting us at our premises, or virtually, through webinars or contact via social media, etc.
7.2 Information from Other Sources
edokko.design does not currently receive any information about you from other sources: the Site has no partnership with any advertising network, institution, or third‑party organization that could share information about you with it. This section will be updated if that changes.
7.3 Purpose of Data Collected
edokko.design may process all or part of the following data:
- to enable navigation of the Site and to manage and trace services requested by the user: connection and Site usage data, IP address, geolocation service, and the physical location of your device in order to provide more relevant content based on your location;
- to prevent and combat computer fraud (spamming, hacking, etc.): the computer hardware used for browsing, IP address, password;
- to improve navigation on the Site: IP address;
- to conduct optional satisfaction surveys on the site: email address;
- to conduct communication campaigns (SMS, email): IP address, phone number, email address, comments, reactions, posts, and other content you provide us;
- to respond to contact requests: first name, last name, email address, phone number;
- to send our partner offers (promotional codes): email address;
- for newsletter sign‑up: email address;
edokko.design does not sell your personal data, which is therefore used solely as necessary or for statistical and analytical purposes.
7.4 Right of Access, Rectification, and Objection
In accordance with applicable European regulations, Users of edokko.design have the following rights:
- the right to be informed about the processing of their personal data by LE CORRE Jérémie;
- the right of access (GDPR Article 15) and rectification (GDPR Article 16), and to have their data updated and completed;
- the right to erasure of their personal data (GDPR Article 17) where it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or where its collection, use, disclosure, or retention is prohibited;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time (GDPR Article 13(2)(c));
- the right to restriction of processing (GDPR Article 18);
- the right to object to the processing of their data (GDPR Article 21);
- the right to the portability of data they have provided, where that data is subject to automated processing based on their consent or on a contract (GDPR Article 20);
- the right to decide what happens to their data after their death, and to choose to whom edokko.design must (or must not) disclose their data, subject to prior designation by the User;
- As soon as edokko.design becomes aware of a User's death and in the absence of instructions from them, edokko.design undertakes to destroy their data, unless retention proves necessary for evidentiary purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.
- If a User wishes to know how edokko.design uses their Personal Data, request its rectification, or object to its processing, the User may contact edokko.design by email at j.lecorre@edokko.design.
- In such cases, the User must specify which Personal Data they wish edokko.design to correct, update, or delete, and must identify themselves precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).
- Requests for deletion of Personal Data are subject to the obligations imposed on edokko.design by law, particularly with regard to record‑keeping and archiving. Finally, Users of edokko.design may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, in particular the CNIL, the French data protection authority (https://www.cnil.fr/en/).
7.5 Storage of Personal Data
The Site does not currently collect or process any Personal Data: no contact form is offered on the Site, and newsletter sign‑up is currently suspended. This section will be updated as soon as any collection of Personal Data becomes active again on the Site.
7.6 Non‑Disclosure of Personal Data
edokko.design undertakes not to process, host, or transfer Information collected about its Clients to a country located outside the European Union, or recognized as "not adequate" by the European Commission, without first informing the client. edokko.design nonetheless remains free to choose its technical and commercial processors, provided they offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
edokko.design undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of Information, in particular to prevent it from being disclosed to unauthorized persons. However, should edokko.design become aware of an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of Client Information, it must inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken. edokko.design does not collect any "sensitive data."
The User's Personal Data may be processed by Edokko's affiliates and processors (service providers), solely to fulfill the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective duties and for the purposes described above, the persons most likely to have access to the data of edokko.design's Users are primarily our customer service agents.
8. Incident Notification
Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. Should we become aware of a security breach, we would notify affected users so that they could take appropriate measures. Our incident notification procedures take our legal obligations into account, whether at the national or European level. We are committed to fully informing our clients of any matters relating to the security of their account and to providing them with all necessary information to help them meet their own regulatory reporting obligations.
No personal information about a user of edokko.design is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold in any form to third parties. Only in the event of the acquisition of edokko.design and its rights would such information be transferred to the potential acquirer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to retain and modify data with respect to the user of edokko.design.
Security
To ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data, edokko.design uses networks protected by standard measures such as firewalls, pseudonymization, encryption, and passwords.
When processing Personal Data, edokko.design takes all reasonable measures to protect it against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
The security of personal data is a priority for edokko.design. We therefore take the security measures necessary to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data. For example:
- An SSL certificate to encrypt your personal data and create an encrypted channel between communicating devices and servers.
- More secure HTTP/2 requests.
9. Hyperlinks, Cookies, and Tags
9.1 Hyperlinks
Inbound Links
edokko.design permits hyperlinks to any of its pages, provided that they open in a new window and are presented unambiguously, in order to avoid:
- any risk of confusion between the linking site and the owner of this Site;
- any misleading presentation, or one contrary to applicable law.
Edokko reserves the right to request the removal of a link if it considers that the source site does not comply with these rules.
Outbound Links
The edokko.design website contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, put in place with the authorization of LE CORRE Jérémie. However, LE CORRE Jérémie is unable to verify the content of the sites thus visited, and therefore assumes no liability in this regard.
edokko.design disclaims all liability for, and is not bound by, third‑party resources referenced via hyperlinks on the Internet, whether as to their content or their relevance.
9.2 Cookies and Audience Measurement
edokko.design does not set any cookies — essential, analytical, marketing, or personalization — and therefore does not display a cookie consent banner.
Functional Local Storage
The Site stores only, in the User's browser local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage, not a cookie), the preferences strictly necessary for the interface to function: display theme (light/dark), the grain visual effect, and page‑load animation state. This information stays on the User's device, is never transmitted to edokko.design or to any third party, and does not require consent under applicable regulations, as it serves purposes strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the User.
Audience Measurement (Umami, Self‑Hosted)
edokko.design measures its traffic using Umami, an open‑source analytics tool that it self‑hosts, served from its own domain name rather than a third party's.
Umami does not set any cookies. The User's IP address is never retained: it is used only transiently to compute an anonymized visit identifier via one‑way hashing, combined with a secret value unique to edokko.design and periodically renewed — edokko.design itself has no way to trace this identifier back to a visitor's identity, nor to follow them from one site to another.
The data collected relates to Site browsing (pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, language) as well as certain User interactions with the Site (for example, following a link to a social network or sharing an article), in order to better understand how the Site is used and to improve its content. This list may evolve alongside the Site's features; no future change will involve lifting the anonymity described above or collecting directly identifying data (name, email address, etc.).
This data is never assigned, sold, or disclosed to any third party. It is retained for 24 months, then deleted.
edokko.design does not use any session‑recording tool or heatmap: this feature, although technically available in Umami, is deliberately disabled.
Social Media Sharing Links and Buttons
The Site displays links to LE CORRE Jérémie's personal accounts (Instagram, Bluesky, LinkedIn) as well as article‑sharing buttons (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Reddit, copy link). These links and buttons do not themselves set any cookie on the User's device: a click simply opens the relevant social network or its share dialog in a new tab, or copies the page's address to the User's clipboard. Once on the social network's own site, the User is subject to that site's own privacy and cookie policy, over which edokko.design has no control.
9.3 Internet Tags
As of today, edokko.design does not use any internet tags ("tags," action tags, invisible pixels, or tracking GIFs) deployed through a third‑party advertising or analytics partner. The Site's only audience measurement is the one described in Section 9.2: Umami, self‑hosted on edokko.design's own servers, with no external partner and no data transfer outside this infrastructure.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the use of edokko.design is governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
